Quality Plan Selection

Statement of Corporate Quality Policy

It is the commitment of Multiple Plant Services, Inc. to provide its Clients with products and services, which comply with all of the requirements of contract documents and are of the highest quality consistent with Industry Standards and good painting practice.

To implement this policy, the President / CEO of Multiple Plant Services, Inc. has directed the establishment of the Corporate Quality Program, which is documented in the Multiple Plant Services, Inc. QA / QC Manual, and has assigned the Director of Quality Assurance / Quality Control to implement the program.

Coating Inspection activities and Quality Plans which are implemented for each project will provide a means to measure, evaluate and control the characteristics of the products and services provided by Multiple Plant Services, Inc. for the project.

Quality Inspectors shall have full authority to stop work when they find it to be nonconforming with appropriate standards of surface preparation or coating application operations.

Quality Plan Selection

Each Project undertaken by Multiple Plant Services, Inc., will be governed by a plan for Quality Assurance / Quality Control

The QA/QC Plan for each specific project will fall into one of three category options. The Option to be selected will be based on the following considerations:

• Are specific quality measures required by the contract documents?
• Is a full time MPS QC Inspector required on the Project?
• Is a third party QC Inspector required on the Project?

Category 1 is the minimum level of Project Quality Control required on all Multiple Plant Services, Inc. projects.

The selection of the quality plan for each project must be made prior to commencement of work on the project and must be approved by an authorized representative of Multiple Plant Services, Inc.’s Quality Department and of Multiple Plant Services, Inc.’s Production Department.

Quality Plan selection and approval shall be recorded on the attached Quality Plan Assignment sheet. This sheet shall be maintained in the job records for each project.
